Mercy Care's Street Medicine program

Mercy Care's Street Medicine program deploys a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers into communities to engage with homeless individuals least likely to seek help. Team members treat minor ailments and chronic conditions in addition to providing referrals and to social services that help people find housing and employment.
