 10th Decile Project

California

The 10th Decile Project is a collaborative, multi-stakeholder effort to connect ER high-utilizers in Los Angeles County to housing and appropriate care. Organizations participating in the 10th Decile Project use a triage tool to identify and refer eligible homeless individuals to intensive case management. Health centers provide integrated primary and behavioral healthcare using intensive case management, including care coordination. Individuals are also provided supportive housing with subsidized rent through either Section 8 or Shelter plus Care vouchers.
